Hi, my name is Latasha, owner and operator of ExperiencebyYan. You’re probably wondering who Yan is and how we got here. Well, I always knew my creativity and ideas were bold and energetic, but I didn’t know how to release this energy until I found a desire for event planning and management. My love for curating safe spaces and transforming rooms quickly grew both personally and professionally. I hosted my first public event in 2014. I realized then how well I could plan, manage and organize with little resources and lack of marketing. After creating a system that allowed me to oversee any type of special occasion, I knew I wanted to assist other people because I understood how stressful it could be planning events. Throughout the years I would collaborate and work on small group projects, parties, local events, and special occasions to strengthen my skillsets. In November 2021, I decided to expand and introduce the system to other professionals and local entrepreneurs.  My bubbly, kind, warm and optimistic energy that I had since a child is the energy I hold within my company. My childhood nickname is Yan, and I wanted my clients and guests to know that when working with me or attending any of our events they're going to be treated like family. I want them to understand how important trusting me with their special projects or creating safe spaces is to me. It is not only my priority, but my passion. I decided to host private annual events to show our community what type of events I could help them curate. It also allows us to expand our brand, network with community members and bring a luxury experience within our city.

My mission here is continuing to provide unique and efficient services and private events that allows my clients and guests the best hassle-free experience as possible.
