Question: What can I bring to the event?

Answer: Items allowed will depend on the type of event. Please read all of the event details before purchasing a ticket.

Question: What payment methods will be accepted at the event?

Answer: Cash ,Apple Pay, Visa, and Mastercard is all accepted for the event.

Question: Is the themed required?

Answer: No, the theme is not required, but it is highly preferred.

Question: Where will the pictures be posted?

Answer: All event photos taken by our preferred photographers will be posted on our social pages at @experiencebyYAN as well as on here under “Event Photos” tab. Please feel free to share them to your personal pages.

Question: Is there free parking?

Answer: We do our best to host our events at venues that offer free parking. Please read all event details for each event to see if free parking is available. However, we don't recommend drinking and driving and strongly suggest our guests to use uber and lyft as a ride option.

Question: Is smoking permitted?

Answer. When we host our events at venues that are indoor smoking is not permitted in the venue. You must go outside of this area if you wish to smoke.

Question: Will doors close at a specific time?

Answer: Guests are able to come at anytime during the event hours.

Question: Can I leave & re-enter?

Answer: Yes, as long as you have on a wristband you may re-enter or come back to the park . Please be advised you will be required to go back through security check point.

Question: Will there be security?

Answer: Yes, security will be present & armed for the safety of all staff & guests during all events.

Question: Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Answer: Tickets are non-refundable. If there is a government-issued state of emergency or extremely severe weather preventing us from hosting any event, the event will be rescheduled and all tickets holders will be able to redeem their ticket for the same value for any event up to a year.

However, if you can no longer attend, you may sell or give away your existing ticket to someone else attending. However, in this case the new holder of the ticket must have the original order number during the check in process.

Question: Is the Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer: The venue locations will always vary. All information for venue details can be found on your digital ticket , our social pages and our website.

Question: What is included in my general admission ticket?

General Admission and VIP tickets will vary based on the event type. Please refer to our “Buy Tickets” Page to learn more information.

Question: Is there an age restriction?

Answer: All guests must be 21+ to attend all of our events.
